Ibiza Hair products purchased through IbizaHair.com are eligible for a 7 day money back guarantee and client must pay for return postage. Brushes purchased through IbizaHair.com are also eligible for a 6 month warranty against defects and client must pay for return postage. Dryers purchased through IbizaHair.com are eligible for a 1 year limited warranty for replacement of defective parts due to faulty materials or workmanship.
We can only accept returns for products purchased on our website. Products purchased from salons or other sources should be returned to the location of purchase.
The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear; abuse of product, such as but not limited to, overheating bristles with direct and prolonged heat from blow dryer; or any physical abuse of product.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
